ALG/RCBA Biocidal Display Screen Cleaner
"Choosing suitable aerospace products to clean an aircraft's airborne electronics, avionics, headsets and in-flight entertainment system (IFE's) is essential – products must be approved, safe for the aircraft and the operator, and of course, cost-effective."
When did you last clean your Display Entertainment Screens?
Are the aerospace products you use and their method of application approved and safe for your aircraft and the operator? Are they cost-effective?
- In-flight Entertainment Screens (IFE's) are prone to static electricity build-up, which attracts dust. Sweat and grime from passengers' fingers mars the clarity of the display, resulting in poor picture quality.
- Headsets such as the popular David Clark unit become caked in sweat, grime, and after prolonged use ear wax. The performance of a pilot's headset can be reduced if not regularly cleaned.
Our new wet/dry aerospace product ALG/RCBA has been designed specifically to clean safely and effectively - which may not be the case with a non-specialist cleaning product.
ALG/RCBA wet dry wipes have been approved by Rockwell Collins Engineering for the cleaning of the touch screen and the S.D.U. housing (with or without "Clearcoat").
The cleaning performance of this aerospace cleaning product is described as "excellent" by Rockwell engineers - an accolade which has prompted British Airways plc to purchase ALG/RCBA to clean the IFE's and headsets on board their Boeing Triple Seven's.
